Week 14 Fantasy Rankings: Kickers

first_imgWeek 14 Rankings:Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/STThe later the season gets, the more important it is to have a kicker that is kicking in either a dome or good weather. Though the kicker position is maddeningly inconsistent, avoiding cold-weather kickers is one of the few aspects that fantasy owners can control. It doesn’t mean you’ll get the best results, but at least you’ll have a little peace of mind and won’t have to worry about storms or other wintry conditions. If you’re not sure who you want as kicker as the fantasy football playoffs start…good luck. The kicker position is fickle and inconsistent, and it’s impossible to know what you’ll get from a starter any week, no matter how good the matchup looks on paper. Our Week 14 fantasy kicker rankings are here to help you sort through this frustrating position, but it’s hard to know exactly how accurate they’ll be in any given week. Our strategy is always to stick with a kicker with a good leg that operates within a good offense. Those are the two major variables you can control. Anything else is just guessing. This week, there are some solid kicker streamers should you need one. Brandon McManus (@ 49ers) is in a good matchup where he should get a chance to make some kicks in warmer weather. Elsewhere, Michael Badgley (vs. Bengals) and Cairo Santos (vs. Saints) are both playing in warmer climates and get to take on defenses that can allow a lot of yards. So, if you need someone of the free agent market, those guys might be solid adds. Note: We’ll update our rankings throughout the week if weather or injuries figure to be major factors.WEEK 14 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight endWeek 14 Fantasy Kicker Rankings1Wil Lutz, Saints @ Buccaneers2Justin Tucker, Ravens @ Chiefs3Matt Bryant, Falcons @ Packers4Stephen Gostkowski, Patriots @ Dolphins5Matt Prater, Lions @ Cardinals6Brandon McManus, Broncos @ 49ers7Mason Crosby, Packers vs. Falcons8Chandler Catanzaro, Panthers @ Browns9Greg Zuerlein, Rams @ Bears10Harrison Butker, Chiefs vs. Ravens11Ka’imi Fairbairn, Texans vs. Colts12Brett Maher, Cowboys vs. Eagles13Chris Boswell, Steelers @ Raiders14Michael Badgley, Chargers vs. Bengals15Cairo Santos, Buccaneers vs. Saints16Dan Bailey, Vikings @ Seahawks17Jake Elliott, Eagles @ Cowboys18Ryan Succop, Titans vs. Jaguars19Randy Bullock, Bengals @ Chargers20Josh Lambo, Jaguars @ Titans21Adam Vinatieri, Colts @ Texans22Robbie Gould, 49ers vs. Broncos23Daniel Carlson, Raiders vs. Steelers24Sebastian Janikowski, Seahawks vs. Vikings25Dustin Hopkins, Redskins vs. Giants26Aldrick Rosas, Giants @ Redskins27Cody Parkey, Bears vs. Rams28Jason Myers, Jets @ Bills29Steven Hauschka, Bills vs. Jets30Greg Joseph, Browns vs. Panthers31Zane Gonzalez, Cardinals vs. Lions32Jason Sanders, Dolphins vs. Patriotslast_img read more
